Support

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Wondereel is an educational short-video app for curious kids, built on the school curriculum and reaching well beyond it. If something is not working, or you have a question about a subscription, write to us at hello@wondereel.app. We read every message and reply within one business day.

Contact us

Roy Halevy, operator of Wondereel.

There is no phone line. Email is the fastest way to reach a person, and it keeps a written record of your request.

Subscriptions and billing

What the subscription includes

The first 10 videos are free. After that, a subscription unlocks the full library: $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Both renew automatically until cancelled, and both can be shared with your family group.

How to cancel

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so cancelling is done in your account settings:

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, not by us. On iPhone or iPad, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request a refund from your Google Play order history. If a store declines and you think the charge was a mistake, email us and we will help you make the case.

Restoring a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open Wondereel, go to the profile tab, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account that bought the subscription. You will not be charged again.

Using the app

Do we need an account?

No. Wondereel has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. Your child never enters a name, an email, or anything else. The app opens straight into the videos.

The parents' area

Anything meant for a grown-up, including any purchase, sits behind a short challenge that asks you to type a number written out in words. It is there so a child does not reach it by accident.

What we know about your child

Nothing that identifies them. Progress, likes and saved videos stay on the device and are deleted with the app. The full explanation is in our Privacy Policy.

A video will not play

Videos stream over the internet. If one will not start, pull the feed down to refresh, then check that the device has a working connection. If it keeps happening, email us with the title of the video and the kind of device you are using.

Reporting a video

If you think a video contains a mistake, is not right for the age group, or should not be in the app for any other reason, email hello@wondereel.app with the title of the video and what concerned you.

We reply within one business day. For anything touching a child's safety, how age-appropriate a video is, or privacy, we take the video out of the feed first and look into it afterwards, because taking it down is easily undone and what a child has already seen is not.

Availability

Wondereel is currently available in the United States, in English, on iPhone and on Android phones.
